it doesn't matter if you are young, old, or just haven't been to the gym in a while. Our programs are designed to be safe even for cardiac patients, diabetics, and injury-prone individuals.
What is Cross-X Boot Camp?
Cross-X Boot Camp is a 55-minute circuit-based workout in a group setting that incorporates sports drills, fitness, kickboxing, yoga and meditation.
Classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels and conducted either indoors or outdoors depending on weather.
What is included with the program?
Total-body fitness assessment - Weight, body fat, blood pressure, and heart rate measurements are taken before and after Cross-X Boot Camp program.
The program lasts for 6 weeks and classes are twice a week.
