Four Corners Health & Fitness is the path to total body
wellness. Total body wellness encompasses physical, mental, emotional
and spiritual aspects. The fitness studio offers private one-on-one
personal training, and monthly fitness memberships. Develop full body
awareness in a small boutique private setting working individually with
top notch national ACSM and NSCA certified Exercise Physiologist and
Personal Trainer, Jason J. Cronan, M.S. We specialize in general
fitness, sports performance and special populations with diabetes,
heart disease, pulmonary disease, and individuals with physical
disabilities.
Mission Statement
It is our responsibility to offer high quality health & fitness services to the public. Our highly trained staff educates clients on how to better ones body physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We offer a semi private training facility that educates clients to learn how to properly balance ones diet and develop an exercise routine in which clients learn proper technique to reduce and prevent injury. The facility not just offers fitness services but we also educate on nutrition and provide holistic services to aid in a client’s fast recovery. We carry a high line of natural healthy supplements to aid in the wellbeing of a client.
